Summer 2026 |
The program for this summer will consist of tournaments and friendly matches in June and July. This allows you more flexibility to plan around work and vacations.
We are offering a SUMMER PASS as an economical alternative for players who expect to play most of the summer. This covers an entry into any of the summer leagues and tournaments listed below and any friendly matches we set up in June and July. You can participate in all or just some of the matches. Otherwise you can signup with an individual fee for each tournament.

- Tuzos 7v7 League features Sunday night matches after 5pm at the Smith Playground turf field. Starts May 31 to mid-July. CANCELED
- Grassroots Cup features a weekly match in June and July with a World Cup theme. We were able to secure the entry as Team USA so have a high bar. The tournament is a round robin group stage (3 games) and a 3 game knockout round. All teams advance to the knock-out round July 2 with Final on July 16. Everyone rostered gets a commemorative jersey to keep. Format is 7v7, matches Thursday nights at the South Philly and Temple.
- Philly Street Soccer Cup at Eakins Oval in front of the Philadelphia Art Museum (Rocky Steps) on June 13/14 and played in a portable rink that travels to cities throughout the country. Format is 4v4 with short, fast, high-intensity games. Play a group stage on Saturday with winners coming back for a playoff round Sunday morning. I'm hoping we will be able to field a few teams at this event.
- CASA Summer League will be on Thursday nights starting July 23 and runs to August 27. Format is 7v7, with the top 4 teams in a playoff tournament the last day. All games at the South Philly Supersite, 10th & Bigler Streets.
- Soccer Resort Beach Tournament in Brigantine is our usual summer ending destination. See pictures from our past years on the Facebook page. Sat Aug 8 (changed from Sat July 25).
